Local church donates car to a woman in need on Easter Sunday

United Believers Community Church in Kansas City, Missouri had a double celebration on Sunday. Pastor Darron Edwards shared the good news of hope, healing, and prosperity with the congregation, and announced the winner of a car giveaway. The congregation came together to purchase a car in full, with over 50 people applying to win. The lucky winner, Terri Whitmill, was overwhelmed with emotion and gratitude upon receiving the car.

Whitmill, who is starting a new job, expressed relief and excitement about the gift, saying it would take a lot of stress off her shoulders. Pastor Edwards emphasized the importance of giving back to the community, especially in times of turmoil and violence. Whitmill expressed her gratitude for the support and shared her excitement about the newfound freedom and independence the car will provide her.

The pastor believes that the timing of the car giveaway, just before Whitmill’s new job, was a divine appointment. Whitmill is looking forward to her new job and the convenience of having her own transportation. The church’s gesture of kindness has brought a positive and uplifting moment to the community.
