PHH Mortgage, a leading non-bank mortgage servicer and originator, has announced the launch of an AI assistant through its LoanSpan client reporting and analytics platform to enhance the client experience. The AI assistant, known as LASI, is designed to make it easier for clients to access data within the platform by analyzing text queries and providing personalized responses. LASI is currently available for PHH subservicing clients on LoanSpan.com and offers features such as retrieving answers from various sources, understanding detailed questions, and seamlessly escalating queries to the Client Relations team.
