The U.S. Army has identified another helicopter pilot killed in a crash with a Wichita flight. The pilot has been identified as Chief Warrant Officer 2, David M. Rogers. Rogers was a resident of Wagoner, Oklahoma and had been in the Army for eight years. The crash occurred near the town of Wamego, Kansas during a routine training mission. The helicopter, a UH-60 Black Hawk, collided with a Cessna airplane, resulting in the deaths of Rogers and two others on board the Cessna. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
