The Chamber’s 2025 agenda includes reducing the tax burden, adopting single-factor apportionment for corporate income taxpayers, legal reform, healthcare reform, and improving energy costs. These priorities aim to address challenges and opportunities facing the state’s business community and boost economic growth.
Cobb highlighted the importance of eliminating barriers to healthcare access and employment, as well as addressing high energy costs that impact businesses and manufacturers in the state. Input for the agenda was gathered from Chamber-member task groups, in-person meetings, and research reports.
