Andy Reid awarded AFC Coach of the Year at the annual NFL 101 Awards

Kansas City Chiefs Head Coach Andy Reid has once again been recognized and celebrated for his outstanding work, earning the Coach of the Year award for the fourth time in his career. This award comes after leading the team to a franchise-best 15-2 record and clinching their 10th postseason run. Additionally, Reid secured the team’s ninth consecutive AFC West title and first seed in the AFC playoffs. His successful career has earned him a record of 273-146-1 in the regular season and the title of the only head coach in NFL history to be the winningest coach of two major franchises. The Committee of 101, established in 1969 by Lamar Hunt, awarded Reid and other NFL stars based on a nationwide balloting system of sportswriters and broadcasters. Reid’s achievements will now hold the record for the most Coach of the Year wins in the 55-year history of the 101 Awards.
