The Kansas City Chiefs and the Chiefs Women’s Organization (CWO) are making a significant impact in their community this holiday season. Led by Clark Hunt and his wife Tavia Hunt, the CWO recently organized a coat drive to help those in need stay warm during the winter months. Partnering with The Salvation Army, the organization collected coats for vulnerable families in Kansas City, showcasing their commitment to service and philanthropy.
This initiative is just one example of the CWO’s dedication to giving back. Throughout the 2024 season, the organization, along with the Hunt Family Foundation, worked with local charities like Harvesters, Ronald McDonald House, and Operation Breakthrough to provide financial aid and hands-on support. Tavia Hunt, in a social media post, expressed gratitude for the collective 170 hours of volunteer work done by the “incredible women” of the CWO.
The Hunt family and the Chiefs organization have always been known for their community involvement, going beyond the football field to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Tavia Hunt’s message, inspired by a quote from Every Moment Holy, emphasizes the importance of small acts of kindness in creating a larger movement of change. As the holiday season comes to a close, the Chiefs Women’s Organization continues to embody the spirit of giving and compassion, encouraging others to unite for the greater good through their humanitarian efforts.
