Ye’s former assistant has filed an amended lawsuit accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting her, trafficking others, using job openings to recruit sex partners, and tasking her with delivering him “sex honey.” The suit also alleges that Ye attacked the assistant in a hotel room, drugged her at a recording studio, used foreign work visas and product photo shoots to recruit potential sex partners, shared videos of sexual encounters, and offered sex partners as gifts to friends and colleagues.
The civil complaint was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court and includes new allegations of sexual battery in incidents at a San Francisco hotel in 2021 and a studio session in Santa Monica. Ye’s representative has denied the allegations, stating that the plaintiff engaged in blackmail and extortion when sexual advances didn’t yield desired results. The lawsuit alleges that Ye used his wealth, influence, and power for sexual exploitation and trafficking of victims.
The amended lawsuit emphasizes claims of wrongful termination, breach of contract, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, unlawful retaliation, emotional distress, false imprisonment, sexual battery, and infliction of emotional distress. The assistant is seeking compensation, punitive damages, attorney’s fees, and any other relief approved by the court. Ye’s spokesperson has not responded to detailed questions about the allegations in both lawsuits.
