Grammy winner Justin Timberlake is attending his DWI court hearing in person in the Hamptons after being pulled over for allegedly driving while intoxicated in June. The hearing will take place at the Sag Harbor Village Justice Court on Long Island, where Timberlake will be entering a plea. Timberlake, 43, was arrested after failing a field sobriety test and released after his arraignment, where he pleaded not guilty. According to the complaint, police officer Michael Arkinson noted Timberlake’s bloodshot eyes, alcohol odor on his breath, slow speech, unsteady gait, and inability to divide attention. Timberlake’s attorney, Edward Burke Jr., said he would vigorously defend the singer. During a previous court appearance, Timberlake appeared virtually from a tour stop in Belgium. The judge suspended his license and criticized Burke Jr. for making irresponsible comments about law enforcement. Timberlake’s spokesperson has not commented on the upcoming court hearing.
