Authorities in Kansas City, Missouri are appealing for information to help locate a missing 67-year-old woman with dementia. Donna Delrise Morgan was last seen leaving her home in Independence on Monday morning. She is described as standing at 5 foot 2 inches tall, weighing around 190 pounds, and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black scrub pants, and brown sandals. Morgan has also been prescribed several medications and may have suffered a stroke the previous week. The Independence Police Department is leading the search for her. They have asked anyone who may have information on her whereabouts to contact them at (816) 325-7300 or call 911. Police are particularly concerned due to Morgan’s condition and are urgently appealing for assistance from the public in finding her safe and well. In a separate incident, a plane was forced to make an emergency landing in a field near Odessa, Missouri, adding to the series of challenging events in the region. Despite the challenging circumstances, authorities are working diligently to locate and bring Donna Delrise Morgan back to safety.
